INFORMATION SHEET

The hours of the event are from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

 

Booth space is available to for-profit and non-profit organizations/businesses.

Each booth will be approximately 10’ X 10’ and located downstairs in the Mainline Room at the Rideau Carleton Raceway. Tables and chairs will be provided.

In the event that the space indoors is no longer available, space may be allotted outside. Tents will be supplied by the booth purchaser.Booth purchasers are responsible for set up and tear down. All booth areas must be left clean.

 
Booth Registration Forms and payments for booth space should be submitted by September 30th. Payments can be made online at PayPal or mailed in with the Booth Registration Form.  Please mail Booth Registration Forms and checks to:
